Terms and conditions

To ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay for everyone, please review and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservation and Payment

1.1. Reservation: To reserve the village, a completed booking form and a deposit are required. The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of both.

1.2. Payment: The full payment must be completed 5 days prior to the arrival date. All Payment methods are accepted .

1.3. Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund**, minus the deposit.

 

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1. Check-In: Check-in time is 3:00pm on the day of arrival.

2.2. Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00am on the day of departure. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

3. Use of Property

3.1. Occupancy: The village can accommodate up to 18 guests.

3.2. Activities: Guests are permitted to engage in activities such as

  • Private cooks

    Excursions
  • Airport shuttles
  • Boat Charters
  • SUP rentals
  • Golf Cart Rentals
  • Massages at your villa

Activities that may disturb the tranquility of the village or violate local regulations are prohibited.

 

3.3. Noise: Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00am to avoid disturbing other guests and villagers.

 

4. Responsibilities and Conduct

4.1. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents.

4.2. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay. A cleaning fee may be charged if the property is left in an unacceptable condition.

4.3. Waste Disposal: Proper disposal of waste is mandatory. Please follow the provided instructions for recycling and trash removal.

 

5. Safety and Security

5.1. Safety: Guests are responsible for their own safety and should be aware of potential hazards in and around the property.

5.2. Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving the property. The village is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.

 

6. Restrictions

6.1. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior approval has been obtained.

6.2. Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the village premises. Designated smoking areas are provided.

6.3. Events: Hosting events or gatherings requires prior approval and may incur additional fees.

 

7. Local Regulations

7.1. Compliance: Guests must comply with all local regulations and laws. Failure to do so may result in eviction without a refund.

 

8. Liability

8.1. Limitation: The village owner is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained by guests during their stay.

 

9. Amendments

9.1. Changes: The village owner reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to guests.
